Your Cleaner Quality Statement

Your Cleaner Ltd is dedicated to offering a quality service from both the office staff and domestic cleaning staff. To ensure that our domestic cleaning services are kept to the highest levels we will contact clients on a monthly basis to discuss their cleaner’s progress and quality of work. We will also supply a cleaner contact pad that enables you to leave notes for and pick up notes from your cleaner.

The management of Your Cleaner will regularly visit the cleaners during their cleans to check on the continued quality of their work. Should a client wish to change their cleaner for any reason we will of course arrange this without delay. If there are any issues, Your Cleaner are committed to dealing with and improving the situation immediately.

Should a client have to leave a message on our answer machine they can be rest assured that we will respond as soon as possible. We are also very happy to converse with our clients by e-mail – whichever suits them best.
